Acceptance of Terms
By using the application, the user fully accepts and agrees to all legal terms and conditions.
24-Hour Guarantee
Our company offers a full guarantee on performed work; users have the right to report any issues within 24 hours of job completion.
Free Repairs
Upon notification within the guarantee period (24 hours), our staff will resolve the issue completely free of any extra charges.
Expiration of Guarantee
After 24 hours from job delivery, the guarantee expires, and any subsequent request will be treated as a new chargeable service.
Responsibility for Materials
The guarantee applies strictly to the technician’s workmanship; the company is not responsible for defective materials provided by the customer.
Safe Work Environment
The customer is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and secure environment for the worker while performing duties.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Any form of disrespect, insult, or inappropriate language toward our staff is strictly prohibited under a zero-tolerance policy.
Right to Cease Work
In the event of misconduct or disrespect, the employee reserves the right to halt work and leave the premises immediately.
Account Suspension
In cases of violation or misconduct, the company reserves the right to permanently block the user’s account and pursue legal action.
Payment Timing
Full payment for the service is collected from the customer upon complete execution and delivery of the work.
Official Payment Methods
Payments must only be made through the rates and official channels specified within the app (cash or electronic payment).
Prohibiting Off-App Transactions
Direct private agreements between users and technicians outside the app are forbidden and are not covered by any warranty.
Order Cancellation
Users may cancel a request before the technician is dispatched; standard travel fees may apply if canceled upon or after arrival.
Age Requirement
Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and request services.
Force Majeure
The company is not liable for service delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, security crises).
Prohibited Content
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading inappropriate, explicit, violent, or defamatory photos and content to their profile or the app.
Prohibition of Advertising
Users may not use their profiles or app sections for unauthorized advertising, external links, or commercial promotion without official management approval.
Termination & Suspension
The application administration reserves the full right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these terms.
