Delete Your Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your HomeHelp KRD account and the personal data associated with it. Account deletion can only be completed inside the HomeHelp KRD mobile app.

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your HomeHelp KRD account, open the HomeHelp KRD mobile app and use the Delete Account option in your account/profile settings.

For security, you will be required to verify your identity using the phone number associated with your account. An OTP verification code will be sent before the deletion can be completed.

Account deletion cannot be started from this website. Please use the HomeHelp KRD mobile app to complete the process.

Data deleted

After account deletion, the following information associated with the account will be permanently deleted or removed:

Phone number used for login and OTP verification
Customer name/profile information
Profile photo, if uploaded
Saved or pinned service addresses
Location information used for service addresses and nearby providers
Account creation and authentication information

Once deletion is confirmed, the account and the personal information listed above will no longer be associated with the user and will be permanently deleted.
